Blurry images in mobile phone #2884
Hi, when testing around my site in mobile phones, I see the images are a bit blurry when displayed in category, manufacturer and seacrh result view.
Even if the image is displayed in the same size, visually on the phone. This is most probably because of the image source, in all multi views the "resized" versions are fetched.
Is there any way to go around this? To have crisper images on multi views, if you understand what I'm looking for?

Cheers

You can set higher thumbnail resize in configuration. Remember you then have to rerender all product images. There is a Tool for this under tools.

Ok, I already have regn det to rather high res. 250X250px. I wonder if that really could help, to enlarge them to say 300 or even more. Well, I can do some tests with one product and update just the thumbnails in the prod det config.

Ok, rebuilt the thumbs. Looks better now with thumbs 350x350px. Hopefully this won't make the site "too heavy".
But I actually thought the resizing would be better handeled by Virtuemart.
