I have noticed on the one page checkout that the 'Notes and special requests' information isn't stored anywhere or show on the invoice can you please assist with this? It doesn't seem to save into the database either.

If you need access to the admin, server & FTP it is in the last post i did, all credentials are the same.

Hi,

You need to create shopper field in virtuemart backend. and shopper field name should be customer_note. if you created correctly it will work fine.

if you have any trouble please add site admin details and ftp we will take look on this.

Hi, thanks for that. I just checked and there was already a customer_note in there, I set it to 'Show in shipment form & Show in account maintenance' then tested but the inputted text in the form didn't save. I have added all access details below.

I just logged in via FileZilla using the same details, I can't see any IP blockes from Sweden. Can you please supply a Public IP and i'll check it against the server.

Our ip addess is : 59.98.56.110.

We can't even open your site now in browser. i think server blocked ip while connecting ftp
